Wild About Wild Herbs

Wild herbs are a tasty local food that have a variety of culinary uses. They are fun to collect and can easily be used to make summer delicacies. On the wild herbs workshop, you'll learn about some of the most common wild herbs and we'll make some delicious snacks from them.

  • Duration: 1-4 hours.
  • Location: Puijonkatu 14 (ERG office), Kuopio. By arrangement, it can also be held at the customer's address.

Mushroom Cooking Course

Introduction to some good edible mushrooms and instruction on how to prepare tasty and varied mushroom dishes. We will try the food we've prepared on the course. Each participant will receive their own comprehensive recipe booklet.
