Come and learn about the merchant Gustav Ranin and his magnificent family manor at Hiltulanlahti in Kuopio. The history of the estate dates back to 1792 when the Björback estate was founded by the Swedish Crown as part of a general parcelling out of land. Ranin bought the estate at a compulsory auction in 1869. After learning about the history, you can enjoy a delicious summer lunch in the fine setting of the manor.
